PLAYER PLOT: they hired a contract killer.

Dove here with a player plot coming up in early October!
WHO: Laura Kint, pint-sized murder machine, and YOU. Specifically 3-5 characters interested in dealing with a diplomacy nightmare + possibly 1 more to cause drama on the network.
(BACKSTORY TO THE) WHAT: From ages 11-14, Laura maaaaaybe killed around 30 people in Nevarra. Mostly using claws. Which are kind of, uh, noticeable.
(THE ACTUAL) WHAT: Some rando Nevarran NPC visitor saw said claws and wrote back like "remember all those stabbings a couple of years ago?" And now Nevarra wants to extradite her. Laura sure did kill all those people, and she doesn't deny it, but it wasn't exactly her idea! Awkward.
HOW: A couple of ways:
Somebody not-Laura bringing up on the network the possibility of sending away An Unnamed Nevarran For A Bunch Of Stabbings And Throat-Slittings I Wonder Who to certain death
Slightly tenser, more serious discussions of Well What Else Do We Do, the answer probably being "find the people who paid for her services and redirect attention towards them since she was kind of a child at the time."
And if one of those people was a Pentaghast or Van Markham, so much the better????? Or maybe worse, depends on how the Nevarra situation's treating you.
BASICALLY: I'd like to use this as an opportunity for everyone to have an opinion on extradition, since, as a wise woman recently said, "[I] for one play at least one character invested in not setting a precedent where we just turn people over for being filthy criminals." And, you know, on child assassins/human experimentation/contract killing/weird magic shit/whatever else, because the Gallows are probably way too gossipy for people to hear about EXTRADITION CRISIS but miss who it's about. If it ends with that piece of Laura's backstory being common knowledge and Laura unexecuted, it's a success.
SIGNUPS AND QUESTIONS: In the comments! If more than 3-5 people are interested in the active parts of this (as opposed to yelling over crystals and threadjacking all to hell), then I'll RNG it out. Generally: this is my first attempt at something like this in fr, so please lmk if there's anything I can clarify or make more straightforward!
