PLAYER PLOT: What can one Grey Warden do?
Save the fucking world, if pressed
While the Inquisition heads to Emprise du Lion to tackle the red lyrium problem, Nathaniel Howe and Bethany Hawke have come to Skyhold with new information: the Grey Wardens are assembling at Adamant Fortress, while a shady Tevinter named Livius Erimond is headed for the Western Approach with a number of Wardens. Erimond appears to be giving orders as much as Clarel. Nathaniel is convinced bad shit is about to go down and soon it will be too late to stop it. While a ragtag group of Inquisition volunteers can't storm Adamant Fortress, Nathaniel hopes to at least slow down Clarel by assassinating or kidnapping Erimond. Unfortunately, this can't happen until the Inquisition locates Corypheus and determines that he is far enough away not to influence the Wardens.
Fortunately, the Inquisition is going to find Corypheus' current whereabouts fairly soon, at which point Nathaniel will be gathering a strike team. Six to eight participants are needed, and non-Wardens are welcome. This mission will ICly begin in early Drakonis/March, with the log going up in late Guardian/February. Because Nathaniel was not able to obtain all the information available to the Inquisitor in the game, this mission is high-risk and more dangerous than the team will know until they confront Erimond. It all has the potential to work out extremely well--or become a disaster.
This is a mission where characters may be wounded or captured in the fight. This is completely up to the individual player, but please note that any captured character will be out of play until the game's focus shifts to the Western Approach. Please direct further questions to the appropriate thread below.
Here's the timeline, subject to change:
February 22: Signup deadline
February 22-25: OOC plotting post
February 26: Mission Log goes live
Further details will be released as the date approaches. In the meantime, who wants in?
