In the center of Montluçon is la mule et la pomme, a busy tavern with a few rooms for let above. The two available for Derrica and Ket were clearly just one room not so long ago, a flimsy wall dividing the modest space into cramped little garrets, and facilities shared with the other guests. It can also be loud in the evenings, but the tavern downstairs is welcoming and serves a decent meal.
