Otherwise, the pair are relatively plain, made of sticks and braided weeds, bound together with twine and long blades of grass. There are no faces, but some traces of rust-colored stains can be found on the dolls after close examination. If Matthias is diligent, he can salvage a few scraps of red and blue fabric that might have been meant as clothing. Generally, whoever made these wasn't great at doll-craft.
