Who They Are: A former neurosurgeon, now a v. tired middle-aged sorcerer and obsessive magic-user with a perpetual sarcasm problem, once responsible for guarding his plane of existence from mystical threats. Now he's the otherworldly interloper! Cool.

Where They've Been: In present-day New York City fighting demons & aliens with the Masters of the Mystic Arts, almost shattering reality to help a kid get into college, then recently jaunting across multiverses before landing here.

What They Want: Knowledge. He'll be fascinated about magic & rifts, and and so will be predictably heaving himself headfirst into Research.

Plot & CR Desires: Gimme errything as he & I find our footing here! I'd love to keep his TDM threads as game canon (& I'll probably move them to the game comm if people are cool with continuing them). In the meantime, some other potential hooks:

• other magic-users & mages! truly, he loves comparing notes
  
• rifters & people with experience with other universes
  
• he's going to be in the library all the time like a total nerd, so feel free to run into him there
  
• occasional visits to the infirmary for the local equivalent of painkillers
