Who They Are: Former pain in the ass (circa mid 2021 - early 2022) Rifter returns to be magic, exhausted, and makes it everyone's problem
Where They've Been: ensuring free will for everyone at the low, low cost of presumably being physically inaccessible and isolated from everyone he's ever cared about for an unquantifiable amount of time
What They Want: a nap, a hug, a clue, a drink, and an update. not necessarily in that order
Plot & CR Desires: Loki's going to be going thru it his first few months in-game; namely he'll be experiencing a lot of daytime narcoleptic behaviors with the added bonus of nighttime insomnia and sleepwalking. What this means is he's going to fall asleep in a lot of erratic places, so if you're interested in waking him up or coming across him asleep/sleepwalking somewhere, there will be an open log for that eventually. other than that I think I'll toss him at the modplot later in its time period.
