There is an aunt with a claim to the title, though it's almost certain it will be settled on Lady Marlie once the Council of Heralds stops sitting on their hands waiting to see who takes the throne. It's a well known fact that Marlie prefers her son to his twin sister, and is like to have him named her heir. It is a reasonable choice, as it's unlikely the Council of Heralds will wish to elevate someone whose heir holds titles and lands outside of Orlais and has never set foot in the country.
