I honestly don't remember 100% at this point if there was supposed to be someone specific or not. I'm sorry. :( I do think it'd be safe to assume that Cullen would know that he was one of the first rifters to actually manage to close a rift, but honestly Jamie wouldn't have gone into depth much about it unless asked so a brief and basic conversation sounds good to me.
