Thank you for all of these great details! Cyril is not going to go rogue or try to do all of this himself, so I will post in the OOC com for people who want to participate. I would also strongly prefer that the negotiations not collapse or that there is outright refusal to meet any demands. A middle ground that gets them some aid and gives the Qunari some info would his (and my) strong preference. I'll make the post asking people who want to participate right now!
