Who They Are: Moneychanger, kinda sorta Carta member, buys your useless crap Rifters! Come one, come all. 
Where They've Been: All over the deeproads, wherever the Carta needed him to go. And he's been to a lot of old rift sites, searching for artifacts. 
What They Want: Money. Specifically, enough money where he never has to worry about pickpockets again, cause the amount of effort to get back whatever you can hold in a money purse is just a waste of effort.
Plot & CR Desires: Intrigue, buying and selling, wheeling and dealing.
Anything Else: He will give hard coin for ANY rifter artifacts. Not just weapons, but ID cards, otherworldly credits, ANYTHING that came from a rift, he will buy.

Hey, it's Megan (she of the Overwatch playing with you guys once upon a time)! Welcome to the game! I have four characters here, though sadly none of them are rifters. I've got Christine Delacroix (aceso), an Orlesian Spirit Healer/Knight-Enchanter and project head of red lyrium; Ellana Ashara (serannas), a former Dalish Shapeshifter/stealth mage elf who loves exploring elven ruins and being a little ray of sunshine; Julian De Abbrixio (insatiably), an Antivan noble/merchant prince who wants to hunt dragons and is heir to a whole leatherworking industry; and finally Minka (trashlife), who might be of the most interest to you, as she's a courier for the Carta, on the lower rungs of the organization. She has an anchor shard and is stuck with the Inquisition until they learn how to remove it. Looking forward to playing with you!
