Who They Are: Loki is an Altus of the House Asgard in Northern Tevinter. He is the second son of Odin, Magister of House Asgard and fixture of the Tevinter military. Loki himself is a hedonistic, party-slumming, gambling, drinking, debauching, power-grabbing asshole who will inevitably betray and/or stab you. He is very charming (which is largely how he has managed to be all those other things without being killed) and absolutely should not be trusted under any circumstances ever.

He is a very good shapeshifter and a very terrible battle mage.
Where They've Been: Loki has been in Marnus Pell for the last year, or at least something that looks like him has been there. Don't ask so many questions about his whereabouts.
What They Want: Loki refuses to answer. (Glory, he wants glory...and also to usurp his father's seat in the Magisterium...and eventually become Archon, but what? Who said that? Not Loki.)
Plot & CR Desires: Oh my god I want him to do so many things. I want him to stab at least three people, to betray three people (not necessarily the same people) and to fake his death at least once. Everything that leads up to that will delight me endlessly. He will try to be the popular kid and turn everyone against Thor. We shall see how well that works out.
Anything Else: I am so sorry. For everything. Loki will be horrible. There will be an opt out shortly, it will be on his permissions post.
