Who They Are: Tevinter pirate captain who has an axe to grind with his homeland, the Magisterium, certain ancient darkspawn, anyone who disagrees with him, the sun, etc.
Where They've Been: Most recently of the north seas and the once pirate haven of Nascere just south and west of Seheron. Generally: raiding shipping, stirring up sentiments of revolt, striking fear and spreading dissent along the northern coasts and prominent shipping lanes in the Nocen Sea. The usual.
What They Want: World peace. To purge the Venatori from Nascere, get rid of Corypheus, and shred any institution that may have somehow supported either. Burn It All Down And Start Over is a very appealing sentiment.
Plot & CR Desires: Flint's working with a small coalition of like-minded folks from Nascere to join forces with the Inquisition in exchange for help re-taking their currently demon possessed island. But a blow against Corypheus elsewhere translates to weakening the Venatori's hold there, so the goal is to make sure the Inquisition gets what it wants (you know, saving the world) and he gets what he wants - specifically the liberation of Nascere, broadly speaking a platform from which to stage large scale rebellion down the line. But that all comes later when the world isn't shredded by an ancient darkspawn so it's cool don't worry about it.

Flint's good company for revolution types, secret idealists, etc. My primary interest with him is to be that guy going, "I see why you're upset but have you considered THE WORLD IS ENDING" while also being awfully hard-nosed and particular about the arrangement of the war effort. Here for gossip and politicking and lopsided power dynamics all day long.
Anything Else: Planning for an open log in the not so distant future; he will NOT be going to Minrathos because he can't be trusted to behave himself.
