Who They Are: Accidental pirate, smooth talker, apostate, terrible cook, enigma wrapped in a question mark, etc.
Where They've Been: John's bounced his way around the world, but he's very unwilling to speak about his past. Most recently he's put down roots in Nascere and been embroiled in pirate drama ever since he tripped his way onto the Walrus.
What They Want: Corypheus off their island, the rifts closed, the Venatori crushed and booted into the sea. Just the little things.
Plot & CR Desires: john's working to further flint's goals, so all his wants and needs are tied up with that. any magic stuff is deeply wanted but also inevitably going to be super slow burn because john is a secretive fuck but getting him involved with mages on way or another would be ideal. otherwise he's looking to support inquisition efforts and get his bearings before digging in.
