Who They Are: Local Avvar girl come to party! Sister of Magni (shared mother, separate fathers), Tofa was raised as a ranger and scout for Talonhold. She proved to be an adept warrior with hand to hand combat and has mostly done whatever was asked of her when it was asked of her. Her focus was never on trying to claim power or anything of the sort but on doing what she could for her people and making sure that she worked hard for the benefit of the hold if nothing else.
Where They've Been: She's mostly around Talonhold and the surrounding areas in the Frostbacks, so if you've been around that way then you might know of her / her Hold - or if you have a background with Magni you might vaguely be aware of her.
What They Want: To protect her sister, protect her hold and to see what the heck the Inquisition is doing. She's come to Kirkwall after her sister returned to the Hold and explained what had happened to her at the Battle of Ghislain; she doesn't want Magni to get hurt again and she wants to see what the Inquisition is at heart.
Plot & CR Desires: Everything at the moment! Please befriend my 6'6" mammoth woman who is the runt of her family.
Anything Else: She cannot speak.
