i don't know who with yet, javel could be the problem child he never wanted once i get going with him???
but also ilias might eye him for help with project haven maybe. not that i think steve will love the chantry but like /gestures at our rifter population, we've gotta improve rifters' reputations with the chantry somehow and there aren't a lot of great options.

hmm WE COULD just try all of them and see which ones stick ffff but man, yes, give him a problem child. im sad he doesnt get as much peter interaction, but i feel like he would have been v good at dading okok
