Who They Are: An Antivan orphan raised by the Chantry and left in a lurch when the Templars she'd been training to join decided they weren't part of the Chantry anymore, actually, bye. She joined the Inquisition a few years ago and would still be there if not for the stupid anchor she just acquired.
Where They've Been: Antiva, then wherever the Inquisition sent her.
What They Want: For someone to figure out how to remove anchors. To become a Templar. For becoming a Templar to mean joining an Order, with like actual order, instead of whatever nonsense it would mean right now. For Corypheus to die. For Riftwatch to not do anything stupid in the meantime.
Plot & CR Desires:

Templars: she's a fan, she'll ask questions, tell her about your life and the war and lyrium please.

If mages and non-Andrastians want to shock someone, she's shockable, but she probably won't engage in debates.

Anyone who needs someone along on a mission to insist they follow orders and stay above-board, or follow them complaining and lecturing them if they don't, etc.

Anchor stuff!! I keep trying to have a character with an anchor so I can participate in that research/experiments/rift closures, and now I finally do.

Prior CR: old/childhood prior CR is only really possible if your character frequented Antivan abbeys, but she's been working for the Inquisition for a few years already, in the background, so if someone wants to already know her from Skyhold or the Battle of Ghislain or other places they mixed with the main Inquisition forces, that's cool.
Anything Else: She's cute.

YEAAAAH that'd be rad. I forget what... anyone except my own characters actually did, there, but meeting in the sad filthy aftermath might be cool.

gwen was on the Inexplicably Incredibly Effective team ambulance + also her dad died horribly in battle, she was hangin out in the aftermath!!! gave nikos some incredibly unsafe medical assistance and traumatized kitty a bit unintentionally, it was great. PERHAPS they hung out by a fire at some point and did a solidarity fistbump.
