[player plot] the minanter job

Hope all you rough and tumble types took that etiquette class seriously, because it's about to come in handy.

Late in the month of Justinian, Yseult, Flint, Darras and three additional Riftwatch agents - carefully selected for their abilities in combat - will be staging an attempted raid on what intelligence reported was 'the personal ship' of a wealthy Free Marcher noble, currently acting as a gambling house as it cruises up and down the Minanter near the Nevarra-Marches border - the profit from which is feeding a number of Venatori agents abroad.

Unfortunately, our intrepid would-be-raiders will discover the planned smash-and-grab isn't really feasible: the 'personal ship' is less daytime pleasure yacht and more 'small floating island'. Think hanging gardens and whatever the medieval equivalent of an infinity pool is. Unable to simply board, take control of the ship, take everything shiny and leave, the team will instead find themselves planning an impromptu heist to infiltrate the ranks of the high society players, access the ship's bank, and maybe get away with a well-connected Venatori agent tucked under their arm without being detected by the small army manning the ship.

If you'd like your ill-fitting combat-focused character to be thrust unexpectedly into an Ocean's 11 style riverboat casino heist, then this is the plot for you. We have slots for the following character types to be filled (if we get more interest than there are spots available for a particular role, we'll RNG the final line-up):
- 2 mages: ideally 1 with an offensive focus, and 1 with a defensive focus
- 1 soldier/knight/physical tank type character.
- 1 sailor Darras Rivain

We'll have a log post for this posted around 6/26. The log will not be GMed, but we'll provide enough information for everyone to feel confident running with the concept. We'll also be doing our best to provide impetus to split the party once aboard to keep six person group threading to a minimum (cause: yikes).

Please sign up in the comments below if you'd like your character to come along.

I don't want to add anything because I love all of these ideas so much that I'll be disappointed if we don't use one of them.
