Where They've Been: He's just coming from the end of the mini-series, so he's been... all over Earth and Heaven with a short jaunt to Hell. Nowhere in Thedas yet.
What They Want: To try your food and try your wine and help Thedosians feel loved since wow is their Maker a slacker
Plot & CR Desires:
1) The Faithful so he can see the Maker from their point of view
2) The unfaithful because boy do they need help
3) anyone with a taste for the finer things because he has it but also he has no money suddenly
4) people who love books and can teach him how to read Thedosian languages
