help wanted... again.
HIYA. This is a sign-up post for a plot that Cami and I are running later this month! The gist is:
Based on intercepted correspondence, Riftwatch will know that a Venatori agent is trying to acquire an artifact belonging to a reclusive Orlesian noble who happens to look a lot like one Teren von Skraedder, so they're going to swoop in, send her and her little staff somewhere safe, announce a sale, and populate the estate to wait to entrap the buyer. Unfortunately there will be multiple buyers, so they'll have to figure out which of them is evil and which ones just like weird old shit, while also pretending to be an eccentric, demanding old noblewoman and her servants.
Everyone who goes will be given a character they have to play—like, the characters will have characters they have to play, similar to Teren having to play the lady of the house, in case their target did enough research to know that the butler has three children and a mustache and the stablemaster is afraid of horses, etc., and then they'll have to stay mostly in character the whole time in case they're being spied on. We'll make these up for everyone based on what we find personally hilarious.
The log will go up in mid-late September, so let us know by September 15 if you want to come.
