Who They Are: Formerly Lieutenant Sylvester Dumas, 20+ year veteran of the Kirkwall City Guard, where he trained new recruits for the last decade. Recently resigned to join up with Riftwatch after talking shit on it since literally the day of its inception, and further back when it was the Inquisition before that. Absurdly tall, loud, seems unhappy but it's hard to tell, maybe he's just like this. Not fond of outsiders, particularly Vints. Very helpful about getting things done but sometimes in a way where you regret asking him.
What They Want: A war to occupy himself with. Revenge, maybe. FRIENDSHIP?
Plot & CR Desires: Former guardsman here to get all up in everyone's day to day business and drama in addition to broader conflict. Can interfere with and investigate crimes and conflicts, or instigate them by being an ass. Will fight monsters. Will also make liberal use of the complaint box once he discovers it.
