This is an IC logbook used by the healers of Riftwatch. OOCly, it can be edited by anyone. If there is no healer on the case yet, just fill out the fields you can and a healer will pick up your case.

If there is no healer on the case, use these forms:

Patients
<b>Date:</b> Date patient presents. <b>Patient Name:</b> Duh. <b>Symptoms:</b> Complaints.

Healers
<b>Healer Name:</b> Duh. <b>Diagnosis:</b> Forcing you to google oldtimey names for things since 2015 <b>Treatment Plan:</b> Don't say leeches. Unless it's a blood-related diagnosis or swelling. Then you can say leeches. <b>Notes:</b> Your opportunity for IC sassing/other info for other healers.
