This is an IC logbook used by the healers of Riftwatch. OOCly, it can be edited by anyone. If there is no healer on the case yet, just fill out the fields you can and a healer will pick up your case.

If there is no healer on the case, use these forms:

Diagnosis: Shoulder, hip, knee, elbow dislocations as a result of torture.
Treatment Plan: One week bedrest followed by three months of gentle exercise to loosen and heal joints. Diet and herbs to balance yellow bile and blood, leeches as needed to reduce swelling.
Notes: Daily followup while on bedrest. I can do this most days, but need someone else to take him on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Treatment Plan: Removed arrows per protocol and healed the wounds. No complications resulting.
