Who They Are: A former Templar who left the Inquisition a couple of years ago and is giving Riftwatch a try.
Where They've Been: Recently: ???? Between Dragon 9:42 and 9:45: Skyhold and various Inquisition missions. Before that: Mainly Nevarra.
What They Want: To help defeat the Venatori. And Corypheus, that too. Afterwards ... he'll work it out.
