our rift research is extremely handwavey, i know, but is there any kind of interesting data to be gleaned from this rift, i.e., is the ~fadeiation~ output more intense, does it ping some different kind of magic quality on the thaumoscope, what happens if we tickle it a bit with an anchor, etc, or is will it read to them as a normal rift?
