Who They Are: A city elf rebel mage originally from Starkhaven (as her accent will attest, though her Nevarran name can be misleading), one of the mages who had fought alongside Marcus Rowntree until she was identified by the Venatori as a somniari and abducted. She also considers herself incredibly tall, at 5'6".
Where They've Been: Starkhaven's circle, the Gallows while Starkhaven's circle was being rebuilt, various parts of Thedas while violently rebelling against the Chantry, and for the last several years: Tevinter, mostly in a series of dungeons. She did not see Tevene culture at its best.
What They Want: Not to be in a fucking dungeon any more! She's pumped for not that.
Plot & CR Desires: Hello would you like some sort of pre-abduction established CR? Was your character likely to cross her path at any point prior, HMU, I am down.
Anything Else: Tsenka's actual, physical arrival in game will be delayed until her partner in escape and subsequent escape related crimes has also apped; in the meantime, comment below if you're interested in her rifling through your character's dreamscape. Only Marcus will identifiably dream of her, but that doesn't mean someone else can't be asked by a chicken horse if they feel love in this chili's tonight. She will be reaching out to her big mage brother to see if Kirkwall is the right place for her to flee to, and perhaps sifting through your character's hopes and dreams on her way to that.

The war table assignment for Jeshavis from last month is also ending in a couple of Venatori/Venatori-allied prisoners chilling in the dungeon for a while, so if you wind up needing help keeping her out of jail lmk and maybe they can be of use somehow for that. (But it's probably more likely that they'll have no clue about anything, so if you don't need help then GOOD.)
