Who They Are: Just some guy. Gives great hugs. Can turn into a wolf whenever.
Where They've Been: Mostly the midwest of the USA, most recently from the Yellowstone area. His pack is enormous so he travels where he's needed, often with very little. He's coming in furry and confused, then naked and confused.
What They Want: Someone lend him pants. After that, he'll try to be useful.
Plot & CR Desires: Jude's an emotionally healthy guy(!) who's very used to being on ground zero for pack emergencies, so he's going to land on his feet- or at least, he'll seem to. Wolves are pack-oriented, and Jude's no exception. His wolf is going to want to find a pack, form meaningful connections, and then try to help and protect those people. Sometimes that means being really good at hugs, sometimes that means being loyal teeth and claws.
