Who They Are: An elven Lord of Fortune (treasure hunter/monster hunter/thief) from Rivain, here for all of Riftwatch's actual non-euphemistic wilderness scouting, hunting, and general outdoor adventure needs.
Where They've Been: Everywhere. If someone would like prior CR from sometime in the last 10 years I can probably make it happen regardless of geography. But unless someone was in the habit of routinely hiring treasure hunters, it'd have been at most a brief encounter before she rode off into the sunset with her squad. (You cannot have past CR with her without also having it with Evelyn and Fivera, and they're great so you're welcome.)
What They Want: Presently she wants people to tell her that her bear is cool. Longer term she wants Riftwatch to get her human bro back from Venatori clutches if he's alive because he is totally still alive, and to get outside instead of spending any more time than necessary in the Gallows, and also to help, maybe. And to tell people about the Executors. Maybe they're not behind everything ever, but she's just SAYING that it's POSSIBLE.
Plot & CR Desires: The plan is there is no plan.

Name: Wolfram Tjäder

Who They Are: A Grey Warden mage from the Anderfels who's been hanging out in Orlais since all the Warden Troubles but is now coming to Riftwatch because he is hearing the Calling and would prefer not to do that, actually.
Where They've Been: The Anderfels, mostly, with some expeditions elsewhere into Thedas when darkspawn were doing interesting things there, and for the last several years in Emprise du Lion to help the Wardens at Valeska's Watch with the darkspawn incursions and the Inquisition with curbing the red lyrium infestation.
What They Want: Not to die this year. Or next year. But in the likely case that's unavoidable: to get out all of his YOLO Warden science impulses before he does die.
Plot & CR Desires: Still no plan. Except that he might slide someone a shot glass of Joining Juice.
Anything Else: Nope.
