Who They Are: 

You know those NPC bandits you kill near ancient ruins? Missed a spot. Lazar is a mercenary, thief, and violent slacker who specializes in liberating magical artifacts. He's previously worked for Riftwatch, but ran away to propose to the woman of his literal dreams. It went pretty well until she took a hit out on him.

Where They've Been: He's traveled far and wide away from the Anderfels. Most recently, lived in Val Royeaux.
What They Want: To - as the great philosophers aspired - fuck bitches and get money.

Plot & CR Desires:

Lazar has easy hooks with other criminals, law enforcement, and academics - but I love a wildcard. I'm hoping (long-term) to make him some friends, and I'd also enjoy making enemies. Particularly the petty, forced to cowork variety.
