Who They Are: The son of a nobleman who was nearly killed because he can't read. He's pretty skittish and jumps at loud noises.
Where They've Been: Swimming in rivers, running across the plains. He'll be very dirty when he arrives at Riftwatch.
What They Want: He is on the run from his nobleman father in the Northern Free Marches and seeking asylum with the Riftwatch.
Plot & CR Desires: He would love to make himself valuable to the Forces Department by creating bombs and poisons for them. Also the kid is only 17 and has been called stupid for most of his life, so a faux father/mother/sibling relationship would be fabulous.
Anything Else: He will 100% run at the first sight of his father or anyone looking like a noble.

diversifying our cr, i’m gonna shove astrid at him :”) she too cannot really read, but she would be v delighted by his bombs & explosives and wanna protectively scoop him up under her wing. and hey who knows, scouting probably needs poisons at times too, for perfectly normal reasons
