Who They Are: Elros is Elrond (yes that Elrond)'s twin brother, the one who chose mortality, the first king of Numenor (and thus Aragorn's umpteenthbilliongrand father), and basically something of a royal mutt, being able to claim descent from pretty much every royal house in Middle-earth.
Where They've Been: he's just finished a month-long sea voyage to the island where he's in the process of setting up his new kingdom
What They Want: He likes sailing! Also, he wants to kill a dragon or two. And punch Maglor and Maedhros.

the most sure way to get adalia to bond with a creature: have her companions try to kill it while it looks pitiable and/or helpless. that's a recipe for insta-mom, right there.

lbr being freaked out is the correct response. if eleos wants to be her friend he'll have to get used to random adoptions.
