Who They Are: Galatea "Gala" Lourdes, an Orlesian city elf who's been a ward and subsequent tool of the Chantry since her mid-teens; she is twenty-one, and a prodigiously talented torturer. She recently slaughtered all of her handlers and escaped to Skyhold with a group of child mages in tow that she'd refused to kill when ordered to - they remain there in the care of the Mage Council, while Gala has been dispatched to the Kirkwall outpost in the hopes of finding her something useful to do and keeping her out of the way of the Orlesian Chantry.
Where They've Been: All over Orlais! Recently, to Skyhold. She's previously worked with or at least near Wren Coupe.
What They Want: To do good deeds.
Plot & CR Desires: When she fled, Gala was being hunted as a lone city elf; she had her face tattooed and covered the children in filth so it was impossible to tell which of them were elves and which weren't, and disguised the group as Dalish refugees. The tattoos were permanent and real, but they're just a "close enough" mimic that will fool humans and city elves who don't know any better, but are obviously not the real deal to any Dalish who see her. CONVERSATION STARTER????
Anything Else: A friendly, bubbly unstable religious zealot who was exploited for a purpose, she means well but the girl ain't right.

Hey Libby! Thane is also an Orlesian city elf who was taken in as a servant/personal assassin by a family when he was very young. On the opposite end of the spectrum, he's never harmed or killed his handlers. They have a bit in common but also not!

If you'd like, they can have run into each other at some point. Otherwise, I look forward to their interactions.

I WOULD BE SUPER KEEN FOR THIS CR >) i'm not sure if they'd have directly crossed paths - but gala was supposed to hang about six or seven years ago for the brutal murder of a young orlesian noble lord, possibly that could have been something he was Around for? it probably would have generated a fair amount of backroom talk.
