player plot: burning down the house



BURNING DOWN THE HOUSE (JAN 6th)

As the result of discovering his daughter's affair (he pays off several members of her staff to report to him on her wellbeing and whereabouts), the Comte Vauquelin will be dispatching his gentleman's gentleman with orders to assassinate Thranduil and, preferably, conceal his own involvement. His plan will be to drug him and, while he's unable to regain consciousness naturally, set fire to his quarters. He will not be planning on having miscalculated the dosage (Thranduil being a really big elf and having shared the drugged wine with GwenaΓ«lle) or the fact that his lady will be there. From this point, things will go somewhat awry for our assassin.

    β†’ TL;DR part of the main tower is getting set on fire.
    β†’ This plot is mostly closed to participants.
    β†’ But there are other division heads and people who use the attached office space! There will be an open log available for people who would be around to react to and/or deal with the fire to prevent its spread.
    β†’ It will probably be relatively common knowledge there was a fire there within the Gallows, at least.
