We're excited to have you and we hope you're excited to be here! Please use this post and the form below for all your OOC intro needs. We've kept the form pretty basic, more like a plurk friending-type thing, because we're going to have a CR Meme once all apps have been processed where you can expound on plans and character info. Hi, Ophelia, and welcome to the game! I'm Megan and I play three characters here: Ellana Ashara (serannas), who is a Dalish mage who loves traveling, exploring, and getting to know people. She's also a Shapeshifter. Christine Delacroix (aceso), who is a human Orlesian Spirit Healer mage and was one of the rebel mages of Redcliffe (but isn't into violence at all; she resents the title of "rebel." She's a healer, not a fighter.). And Lena Meravas (fightingdirty), who is a Vashoth rogue from the Valo-Kas mercenary company. She's foul-mouthed, lazy, and kind of a jerk. Also has the Tempest specialization.

I used to play with you waaaay back in the day, at both Throne of Shadows and Bete Noire. And actually, my Christine here is an OC version of the Christine Chapel I used to play both places!

I think she's pretty similar, just super Orlesian and likes to poke fun at her Fereldan friends because she feels she has to as a good Orlesian.

This is going to be fun. Cause on the one hand, Orlesian and ew and get away from him and NO PINCHING THE INQUISITION BUTTOCKS! On the other hand, mage who wants her voice to be heard and is going about it in peaceful ways and showing that mages can be more than weapons and if they can be taught to use their powers responsibly then everyone benefits so maybe he could just carry you around in his pocket to show to other people like "this - be like this" except also Orlesian, damnit.

Yeah, she would apologize for being a poncy cheesemonger, but it's not her fault Orlesian cheese is better, is it??? And their wine too???? But no, I love playing her with her nose stuck in the air while her best friend in the Inquisition is Fereldan, and she's grateful for Redcliffe taking them in, and okay, Fereldan wine isn't that bad, and okay, so she has a bear slanket that a Fereldan made her, and she is slowly going native while furiously pretending she isn't.

But she hates dogs and that will never change, okay???? (Spoilers: Christine will end up liking dogs in the future. It will be a thing.)

I think Cullen has a puppy! I'm not sure where he got the puppy or why he has it or what's up with that, but HE MIGHT HAVE A PUPPY AND I AM VERY EXCITED ABOUT THAT!

Bah, fine. Just let her put on pants first. Piggy back rides are no place for mage robes.

Oh, right! You asked about that. I believe the Cullen player got it as an AC reward, because mabari are one of the things you can get. There was a breeder who sent mabari to Skyhold, and others who have adopted strays or have mabari of their own, so you could play out puppy play dates if you want!

Or just hand it off to Christine and say he has important business and it is imperative she watch his dog. Then he can hide behind a bush and snicker at her holding the smelly thing out at arm's length, having no idea what to do with it!

The thought had not even entered my mind until you said it and now I kind of really want to find an IC reason for him to have to hand his dog off to her. Maybe he's walking it and his attention is urgently needed elsewhere. Cause you know, if Commander Cullen hands you his puppy and races off, that thing had better be in good working order when he gets back.

Aw yeah. Did not find what I'd call a grin, but found a way better smile than the one I had.

Also, I am so down for the puppy shenanigans. Once I figure out what it looks like. Also if it has a name. Further, if I'm even allowed to keep it if it was a reward for the Cullen before me.
