So! Myr & Cas are looking into how to upgrade the Inquisition's sending crystals.

The mods have approved the following potential features:

• Images
• Texting
• Caller ID
• Location tracking
• Recording capability
• Skipping saved messages

I figure we can focus on one or two to start with, and see how it goes.

Obviously, some of these would be very controversial IC! Therefore, IC discussion/debate needs to accompany any potential feature releases — especially location-tracking. If we choose to pursue location-tracking, its development needs to either be IC-ly public, or otherwise leaked to the game at large.

I've been looking at this as a slightly longer-term, ongoing project (so new characters can get involved as they choose), but if you have a different vision for how it should go, let's hear it.

This is an informal, background project for characters to be working on, but there will be smaller, optional player plot opportunities to get the reagents/info needed. I've got a section in comments for an interest check, which I'll begin collecting people for IC later this month.

If your character isn't a researcher, but you'd like them to be involved, let me know and we'll figure something out for them!

I wake up in the morning and think, what can I do today to be more like K2 and Lark, and it inspires me to be a better person in every facet of my life.
