re: the division leaders announcement, if anyone has ic questions and are not sure the easiest ways to reach the division leaders, hit them up as follows:

How is the guard/curfew going to be implemented / enforced?

That will be through monitoring the comings and goings from the Gallows! And preventing them if necessary.

Nope! Ideally it doesn't need to last long at all, and doesn't apply to all rifter characters in the first place. How long they have to take safety precautions depends on how successfully we all solve the problem of the locals viewing us as shady invaders.

Also what are the repercussions for not adhering to the new measures? For example, just fucking off without an escort, coming back well after dark, or just giving their escort a run-around the city just to waste their time and be a little shit.

General answer: they probably won't be allowed to leave the Gallows. Specifics would probably depend on who they report to as a division head (disciplinary issues are division specific), what they actually did, whether or not the problem solved itself via some Kirkwall native, etc.
