Who They Are: A dragonborn who took over a year to deal with the Alduin situation because she didn't drag her bosmer ass out of Valenwood to escape the Thalmor just to get caught up in some Nord destiny shit. Instead spent time taking over the thieves guild, dark brotherhood and companions. Worked with all the daedra. Then she finally got rid of Alduin since okay, fine, she was the only one who could do it.
Where They've Been: All of Skyrim but her angry hissing bosmer ass is just going to be falling fresh out a rift
What They Want: To not be here. Alternatively: to hiss at people.  And shout at your dragons.  
Plot & CR Desires: To be a problem but also solve them because have you considered murder and just not caring about the politics folks
