Who They Are: Kitty is a highly motivated, highly highly energetic would-be rebel against her totalitarian state. Generally an acquaintanceship with her follows the following path:
Phase 1: She's quiet and wary and watches you and doesn't say much
Phase 2: TEACHERS NEED A BREAK TOO, AMY.

The transition from phase 1 to phase 2 may take as much as a month or as little as two minutes.

Anyway she's sort of a good person inasmuch as she really wants to help people and genuinely strives to learn from her mistakes and is always open to other viewpoints and change. But on the other hand she's also sort of incredibly judgmental and snotty and tends to be a little bit murder-y. So?? Anyway she loves freedom and hates oppression and loves sweets and hates people who try to make her eat vegetables and loves trickery and lying and hates magic. She also loves fun and having a good laugh but she's sort of forgotten how to do that.

Also worth noting!! She is very very very resistant to magic. It's a thing in her world.
Where They've Been: London England. Land of socioeconomic subjugation, demonic slavery, and tea.
What They Want: Freedom, liberty, justice. At the moment she also wants a way home so she can continue to contribute to the revolution back there but that'll probably fade away when she sees how much more fucked the people of this world are than her own people. God you suck, The Dragon-Age-Setting. Anyway she also wants knowledge, please come and talk at her and teach her things. She just loves books so much more than she likes people. People suck books rule.
Plot & CR Desires: Briiiing me people who'll talk revolution with her. Bring me mages!! She hates and fears magic and I want her to feel sweaty and upsetty over them being not so bad. Bring me people who can teach her rogue skills because she's a dab hand with a knife but can get better. Bring me also people who'll talk to her about this setting and history because she wants to know everything always. And also bring me people who'll make her lighten the hell up because poor girl is kind of joyless right now.

So the margins for the nomination for the fourth person were really small, and there were several characters who received only one vote. In order to make this as fair as possible, the top three vote-getters (Petrana, Cosima, and Adalia) are going to be in a run off.

You can assume this was announced ICly over the crystals, but that would be four open posts for me within the last month or so and work is already swamping me, mea culpa etc etc.

As before, you get one vote per rifter that you play. This will be closing Sunday (6/10) night at midnight EST in the interest of expediency.
