They're up for grabs here, and while the first two are reserved for project members to claim in the sign up (though they can recruit any character to help them), the following mission is open to everybody, regardless of whether they're a project member or not.

MISSION: THE CULT OF THE RED GLOWING THING
WHAT: On the outskirts of the Fallow Mire is a group of cultists who are worshipping a rather large chunk of red lyrium they discovered hidden in the area long after the Inquisition left it. They've gotten away with it for so long because it's a remote area after the mire was abandoned due to corpses. But a passing caravan ran afoul of the cult, who are all in various stages of transformation, and only one person made it out alive to tell the tale. The Inquisition must send a group to kill these cultists and destroy the red lyrium.
WHERE: Fallow Mire, Ferelden
WHEN: August; report due by the end of August 31st
WHO: Open to everyone, whether a red lyrium project member or not. Since there will be a battle against at least 10 cultists, think on how many extra fighters you'll need.
