Who They Are: thranduil's probably-kid. he'll never mention it in his own words. they have a good relationship.

more precisely, he's an elf who accompanied frodo to throw the ring into the volcano but got separated. the war's over now. he is, in frodo's own words, 'a strange elf', at least to anyone familiar with tolkien elves. to those not, he's just a little on the cheery side.

Where They've Been: partying............... and, like, surveying the land. he was getting ready to medieval-terraform some forests.
What They Want: to.. plant trees? regrow the forest? find out what dad is doing and. help. like always.
Plot & CR Desires: making friends with the most unlikely of people!!! he made friends with russian mafiya nikolai luzhin once. not in part because nikolai has aragorn's face, but. that's details schmetails. he's a sunny fellow! and not quite as opposed to murder as you'd think. within reason. he's also lost most of his prejudices towards dwarves so it's all good. he stans gimli now.
Anything Else: will kill for his friends. it's canon. he tried it once. and then he made friends with the guy he almost killed, so, like, that says a bit about him?
