Who They Are: Ket is an Antivan con artist who got caught and was on her way to stand trial when she was in the wrong/right place at the wrong/right time and got an anchor shard. Now she's Riftwatch's problem.
Where They've Been: Mainly Antiva and Rivain until now
What They Want: If she helps Riftwatch enough, a pardon would be nice! In the meantime, the world not to end, a few bucks and a good glass of wine.
