Who They Are: An up-and-coming underling in the administration of Hercinia's Navy, with connections to its elite. But not blood connections. He earned his party invitations the hard way: ass-kissing, back-biting, and practicing good smiles in a mirror.
Where They've Been: Hercinia and its surrounding waters.
What They Want: To be in the room where it happens. And for that room to not have any demons, pirates, or social disgraces inside it.
Plot & CR Desires: He's a side character and mostly here (1) for more Normal Thedosian rep and (2) to be a problem. He's very friendly and can get along with people fine, but he's also a semi-ineffectual schemer who will 200% stab someone in the back (in a non-literal "shitty coworker taking credit for your idea" way), or tell all of the serving staff about their secret affair so word gets around, or try to sow dissent in the ranks because he doesn't like the boss. Also kind of a dumbass and fully co-optable. So if you need problems, you know where to find me.
