Who They Are: A Loyalist mage late of the Inquisition who caught an anchor shard while on a diplomatic mission. Oops. Anyone who worked with the Inquisition might know him as the (Self Appointed) First Enchanter of the Perendale Circle (thanks to the previous one going Missing Assumed Dead in the war). But he's not picky about the title. That would be very gauche. Likes: expensive wine, expensive clothes, expensive art, when you remember his name; Dislikes: manual labor, this manicure doesn't take care of itself. He'll be working in the Diplomacy division.
Where They've Been: The Inquisition, Skyhold. This is a fancy office boy, not a rowdy field assignment boy.
What They Want: To Make Friends and Influence People. Long term: To do the kind of work throughout the war so that when Circles are re-established after it (let's be real, they will be), they're kinder places where mages have more rights to self-govern in collaboration with a Chantry partnership; Short term: eat well, drink well, get a full night's sleep.
Plot & CR Desires: Politicking, gossiping, and favors oh my. Cassius has a vested interest in protecting his reputation, which includes standing by some less popular opinions (in Riftwatch, anyway). So if you want someone to debate, dislike, and have a #complicated relationship with, then this might be your man.
