Beginning soon, Riftwatch will have its own internal tract (so, a club newsletter), printed and delivered to everyone's dining hall pigeonholes with some regularity. Bastien is printing it. Someone else came up with the idea and is paying for its production, but he won't say who.

Characters might hear of it via word of mouth or might be invited to write something by Bastien specifically. He'll print submissions without people's names attached, but only if he knows where they came from—no slipping unvettable scandalous nonsense under the door.
