Applications for IC leadership close on May 15! We don't have applications for most of the positions, so we wanted to clarify a few things just in case anyone felt intimidated or unsure of how things would work if they applied.

First, we want to underline and bold that your characters are the only characters who can take these positions. Our PCs are pretty much the entire population of the Inquisition's new outpost. There are no NPC veterans and experts. So if your character lacks directly relevant experience, that's okay—chances are, no one else has more. If the position isn't something that they would ICly volunteer for or feel qualified to do, that's fine, too. They'll be assigned it, and they'll have to learn to do it. It's 100% fine if you RP your character not being sure what to do or needing time to get used to giving orders. We think (slash hope) that part of the fun of this will be letting people throw their characters into leadership roles and making them grapple with that IC whether they're fully prepared for it or not.
